Here are a few things to avoid (unless recommended by your doctor!)
Antihistamine’s and Allergy Medication –
Avoid over the counter allergy medicine whenever possible. They tend to have a negative impact on gut health, whereas natural anti-inflammatories and other natural remedies are often as helpful with much less negative side effects.
